Journey Mapping Intention Tracking The Creative Stretch Seeding the Vision

WHAT IT DOES: This 3-hour facilitated self-assessment guides 2-6 core program leaders to systematically review program performance and impacts. Focuses attention on high-potential growth opportunities.
HOW IT WORKS: Participants are guided to assess their current and projected program impacts on individuals, organizations, and systems. Teams also rate their work against 44 high-performance practices. Strengths are highlighted. Growth areas with high-potential are identified. Two growth opportunities are explored through action-planning exercises.
UNIQUE FEATURES: Provides a comprehensive picture of current impact and future desired results. Affirms assets while revealing promising opportunities for growth. Guides forward momentum in two high-potential areas. Ratings are displayed in a performance score card, capturing progress each time the Diagnostic is repeated.
