SEED Impact was born from grassroots experience and a clear conviction that all communities and causes deserve solutions that create real change—and evidence to show it.
Since 2002, our team has helped nonprofits move from good intentions to measurable outcomes by pairing practical evaluation with cultural humility. We listen first, design the right-sized frameworks, and stay close enough to ensure that people can use them effectively.
Our outcome-mapping framework helps teams define the results they can realistically pursue and learn from throughout the year. Our leadership and learning models make growth visible for both participants and organizations, turning demonstrated impact into something funders can recognize and support. Along the way, we design customized assessments, data systems, and reports that tell clear, credible stories.
We focus on helping grassroots, often BIPOC-led, organizations that typically lack sufficient support for evaluating their work. With support from private donors and partners who share our values, we offer affordable evaluation services to help these organizations demonstrate their impact and reach a wider audience.
