HOW IT WORKS: SEEDing the Vision begins with an opportunity for each member of your team to reflect on what your organization does best and their big dream for your future results. A series of individual and group activities assist participants to collectively stretch perception and articulate what success looks like in five years.
Curiosity, wonder, original thinking and new language are elicited. The team explores how the vision will emerge in one, three and five years.
We recommend involving more leaders to refresh a clear expansive vision each year. This activity will inspire planning, expand shared ownership and guide execution of short term goals.
